Den eigenen Körper zu kennen und seine Teile korrekt benennen zu können, legt den Grundstein für ein positives Körperbewusstsein von Kindern und deren Sprachfähigkeit, die insbesondere im Falle von Grenzüberschreitungen von enormer Bedeutung sind. Das Medienpaket „Körper“ liefert zur Auseinandersetzung mit diesem sensiblen Thema sachliche und fachlich korrekte Übungen und Medien, die ein unaufgeregtes Reden über die Körperteile und ihre Funktionen ermöglichen und damit das Selbst- und Körperbewusstsein der Kinder fördert. In der ersten Lerneinheit „Ein Körper, viele Teile“ werden die äußeren Geschlechtsteile benannt sowie deren Funktionen erklärt. Die zweite Lerneinheit „Unter der Lupe“ ergänzt dieses Wissen um die erweiterten äußeren und inneren Geschlechtsteile und ermöglicht ein besseres Verständnis über deren Lage im Körper mithilfe von 3D-Modellen. Die dritte Lerneinheit “Gemeinsam einmalig” zahlt auf ein positives Körperbewusstsein der Kinder ein, indem die körperliche Vielfalt abgebildet und thematisiert wird.
