NOWT was founded in 1992 by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science to meet the need for comprehensive and systemic data on the performance and international standing of the Dutch S&T system. APS International invites teachers to learn about modern models for instruction, based on up to date, research based knowledge in such a way that these models can be applied in local settings. APS International aims at generously sharing our knowledge with our partners and clients abroad, and also at learning from our partners and clients abroad. Crucial in our approach is the need for a sense of mutual development, that should be characteristic in our projects.
