In summer 2022, ChessKid’s first ever Unrated Girls Only Tournament was held in cooperation with FIDE, bringing together 232 girls from 55 different countries. Read more about it here!

FM Ryo Chen, WIM Alice Lee, FM Tani Adewumi, and CM Brewington Hardaway are all top young chess players in USA. They all have FIDE titles and are progressing toward even higher echelons of chess. Next stop for each is IM. ChessKid is raising funds to help pay for their entry feeds to the Charlotte Chess Center Spring IM norm tournament and we have a GoFundMe campaign for those that want to help!
