The network is coordinated by the Baltic University Programme Secretariat a part of Uppsala Centre for Sustainable Development (Uppsala CSD) at Uppsala University, Sweden. The Programme focuses on questions of sustainable development, environmental protection, and democracy in the Baltic Sea region.
