HAEA was founded in 2004 and has today around 800 members. Beside organizing and planning of international conferences and programs, HAEA publishes the scientific journal ‚Adult Education‘. The Department no longer provides an English website. But you can find a journal that has English and French articles, the Mediterranean Journal of Education. OLME is one of the Civil Servants’ Federations; it consists of 91 local unions and is the only secondary state school teachers union in Greece with more than 55,000 members. OLME was established in 1924 with the purpose to secure teachers’ working rights and to promote Greek culture. EOPPEP is the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance, an all-encompassing statutory body investing on better quality and more efficient & reliable lifelong learning services in Greece. EOPPEP operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Education & Religious Affairs and is seated in Athens. It has derived from the amalgamation of three national bodies, all under the supervision of the same Ministry: the National Centre for the Accreditation of Lifelong Learning Providers (EKEPIS), the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications (EOPP) & the National Centre for Vocational Guidance (EKEP).
The GSN will service all the units of the Primary and Secondary Education and the Administrative Offices of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs. Information on the project to establish this network environment for pupils, teachers, education administratives and parents (including a Power Point presentation).

The multi independent institution ADIP has its seat in Athens and is controlled by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs for the legacy of its actions. ADIP supports and implements processes to guarantee and improve the quality of higher education institutions for research and technology. Its aim is to support transparency as well as international development and trends. On their webpage all external evaluation reports (most of them in English) are available since 2008.
