Available online is the whole of this collection of sketches by Keith Vaughan. This material covers the majority of Vaughan’s life including some of his early advertising work from the 1930s with the last sketch dating from 1976, a year before his death in 1977. Subjects include the male form, landscapes, and drawings of everyday life including some from his time in the Non-Combatant Corps during the Second World War. Details of the remainder of the collection can be found on the archive catalogue.

The correspondence mainly discusses Barbara Hepworth’s work, and lending Hammarskjöld a piece for his office in the UN building in New York. There are also letters regarding the memorial service for Hammarskjöld in Westminster Abbey, a letter from Marcus Brumwell, and a photograph of Hammarskjöld.

This series contains additional material on the life and work of Rupert Doone further to the archive given by Robert Medley to the Tate Gallery in 1989 (TGA 894). Including correspondence, printed programmes and writings relating to his dance career and productions that he was involved in during his time as director of the Morley College Theatre School, as well as press cuttings and photographs of him, which are not related to the Group Theatre.
