EENet arbeitet seit seiner Entstehung als informelles, auf dem Gebiet von ICT und Bildung in Europa fachlich kompetentes Netzwerk mit dem Ziel, wichtige Ergebnisse der Bildungsforschung zusammenzustellen, zu dokumentieren und auf verschiedenen Wegen zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren.
