Die Deadline der MDGs nähert sich. Daher laufen in der internationale Entwicklungsgemeinschaft zwei parallele Prozesse: 1. die Evaluierung des Erfolgs der MDG- Agenda sowie 2. die Diskussion möglicher Instrumente und Ziele, die ein Rahmenwerk für die Entwicklungspolitik nach 2015 bilden könnten. Das Forschungsprojekt untersucht vorrangig, ob eine neue Agenda erstrebenswert und möglich ist, welche Art von Zielen und Indikatoren einbezogen werden sollten, wie sie ausgestaltet sein könnten und wie der Prozess zu einer neuen Agenda aussehen könnte.
