This site has been developed as a result of two cross-border projects: The Citizenship Development Programme and the Human Rights, Conflict and Dialogue, involving partnerships of the Irish and Northern Irish Education Boards, funded by the European Programme for Peace and Reconciliation. NOSP enthält Nachweise von Zeitschriften, Jahrbüchern, Reihen und Zeitungen, die in nordischen und baltischen Bibliotheken vorhanden sind. Eine Bestellfunktion ist integriert. NOSP deckt alle Wissensgebiete ab, der Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Naturwissenschaften, Medizin und Sozialwissenschaften. NOSP existiert seit 1977 und basiert auf der Zusammenarbeit der Nationalbibliotheken von Dänemark, Island, Schweden, Finnland, Estland, Lettland, Litauen, Norwegen und den Färöern.
