The Red Iberoamericana para la Acreditación de la Calidad de la Educación Superior (RIACES) constitutes an instance to promote, between the Ibero-American countries, the cooperation and exchange in higher education evaluation and accreditation, and contributes to the Higher Education Quality guarantee in these countries. It promotes cooperation, information and experience exchange between organizations and Ibero-American entities, facilitates the transference of knowledge and information for the development of activities, contributes to the progressive development of an accreditation system that favors the recognition of titles, education periods and study degrees and collaborates in fostering the higher education quality guarantee in the Ibero-American countries. Also, RIACES supports the organization of systems, agencies and evaluation organization of evaluation and accreditation.

The Latin-American Committee for Educational Mathematics (CLAME) unites accredited researchers and teachers of the field of educational mathematics of Latin-America. The main objective of the association is to connect actions and shared interests with the aim to promote qualitative research and its actualization and to attain professionalization of the teachers through scientific, technological and social development of the region. This is approached by the promotion of the diffusion of education which enables the fostering of the quality of education, and by creating a frame, in which persons who share this common interest can exchange ideas and information.

The Latin-American Network of Educational Portals (RELPE) was founded in August 2004 in an agreement of the ministers of education of 16 Latin-American countries. Those countries constitute RELPE with their respective autonomous, national, public and free portals. The principles of RELPE are that every country maintains its own portal in accordance with the education project and with the respective national interests, which orients itself on other portals but, apart from that, is totally independent and offers its contents in free circulation in the network.
