Tuning thermoelectric materials for efficient power generation

Adding titanium to NbFeSb makes the thermoelectric material more efficient in generating electricity from waste heat, as researchers of the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung demonstrate. Optimized thermoelctrics could help to use fossil fuels and biofuels more efficiently.
