Myrthe (they/them) is a dance artist, originally from Amsterdam. They have studied at Trinity Laban and the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance. During their studies they have had the opportunity to work with people like Peter Leung, Thomas Small, Benoit Egloff, Gary Lambert and Stephanie Arsoska. They are passionate about inclusivity and accessibility, having worked in a special school, for different projects like Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland, and as a personal assistant for multiple people with different disabilities and access needs. Within their artistic practice, they strive to make accessible and playful works, while pushing the boundaries of comfortability.
