15 September 1932 Dear Annerl! I’m now sitting here in my brother’s incredible office on the twentieth floor of one of the most beautiful new skyscrapers, the NEWS BUILDING. Two hundred metres from here, out of the window and to the right, stands the CHRYSLER BUILDING, the second tallest building in the world. And not much further to the left stands the EMPIRE STATE.
